Instead, we rely exclusively on local networking and referrals to find talent. When we hire a great consultant, we do everything we can to keep him or her. We hire fulltime, salaried, consultants – no subcontractors. We are committed to coaching, training, and career development. Our consultants attend conferences, maintain certifications, speak at events, publish articles, and teach others.
